Brian L. Forsthoffer, President of F.S.P.I. and a native of Newtown, Pennsylvania, earned his B.A. in Philosophy and History from Ithaca College, Ithaca, New York, before starting his career in search.

Prior to forming Forsthoffer Search Partners, Inc., Brian was a senior recruiter, business developer and manager for Rice Cohen International/MSX International, one of the largest Executive Retained Search firms in the United States. During his tenure, Brian was certified in behavioral-based interviewing through Development Dimensions International and received numerous awards for his outstanding sales performance and customer relationship achievements.

Brian’s success in placing varying functional positions has made him one of the most respected and recognized search consultants in the building products industry.
